Agreement to These Terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to requests you make through it or by calling (855) 633-0442. By using the site or sending a request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What We Do

Seagrape Gutter Pros connects you with independent local gutter installers who perform the work. We take your call or request, gather details about the job and refer you to an installer who serves your area. We are a referral service. We are not a contractor, we do not perform installation, repair, cleaning or any other construction work, and nothing on this site is an offer to do so.

Who Performs the Work

All gutter work is performed by independent installers. They are separate businesses, not our employees, agents or partners. Each installer controls how, when and with which crew the work is done, and is responsible for its own workmanship, materials, cleanup, permits, insurance and compliance with building codes.

Every gutter installer we send is licensed where Florida requires it, and insured. Florida has no single statewide gutter license, and county requirements differ. We encourage you to confirm any contractor's status yourself through the Florida DBPR license search at myfloridalicense.com and to ask your county building department whether your job needs a permit.

Quotes, Prices and Contracts

Quotes come from the installer, not from us. Any agreement for work, including price, scope, schedule, payment terms, deposits and warranties, is strictly between you and the installer. We are not a party to that agreement and do not collect payment for the installer's work. Read the installer's written quote carefully and ask for any warranty terms in writing before you sign.

Any general information on this site about what affects the cost of gutter work is just that: general. It is not a quote or a price commitment.

Availability and Pricing Are Not Promised

We try to match every request, but we cannot promise that an installer will be available for your job, your location or your preferred dates, or that any quote will meet a particular budget. When we tell you the earliest available visit, that is our best information at the time and may change. Demand after storms can be heavy, and some jobs fall outside what the installers we work with take on.

Website Content Is General Information

Articles, guides and answers on this site are written to help homeowners understand gutters and drainage. They are general information only, not professional engineering, legal, building code or insurance advice. Conditions at your property may differ. For decisions about your home, rely on an on-site assessment by a qualified contractor.

Questions about an insurance claim should go to your insurer or agent. Coverage depends on your policy, and the insurer decides what it pays for.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a request, you agree that we and the installer we match you with may contact you by phone, text or email about that request. Calls may be recorded. You can ask us to stop at any time, as described in our privacy policy.

Using the Site

Please give accurate information and use the site only for real gutter requests. Do not submit someone else's information without their permission, attempt to disrupt the site, or copy its content for commercial use. The text, design and images on this site belong to us or our licensors.

Disclaimer

The site and our referral service are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant the work, products, pricing or conduct of any installer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Seagrape Gutter Pros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for property damage, personal injury, delays or losses arising from work performed or not performed by an independent installer. Any claim about the work itself must be made against the installer who performed it. If we are found liable for anything related to the site or our referral service, our total liability is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us directly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
